Backtracking: Hostel in Malmo, Sweden

Hostel was NICE! was really modern and the rooms liiked like hotel rooms. I felt at home. I mt a cute German guy and a guy from Sweden which made my stay interesting. LOL the down side of blogging retrospectively is that I lost the energy to jot down all the stuff I had in mind at the time hahahah.......... but check out the pics nonetheless.

Finally in Rome......but what a way to go!

Summary of my trip to Rome from Prague

1.Arrived in Prague 10am on the 30th
2.Went to the central station
3.Sat around until 5:45 pm to go on the train to Salzburg
4.Panicked because I thought I boarded the wrong train but it was the right one.....
5. In Salzburg around 12 am and had to board a night train
6. Night train was horrible the cabin was full and there was a spoiled child who cried and farted all the time her rude father
7. When I woke up around 6 I got on chatting with the younger guy there which was fun
8. Got to Venice around 8:00 am on the 31st (today)
9. Missed my train cause I was told that I didn't need a reservation which I did so I had to wait for the later train which arrived an hour later
10. Arrived in Rome around 2pm but didn't know the address of the hostel so I freaked out again but my sister Jema came to save me and gave me the address (there went 2.50 Euros for a 2 minute phone call
11. Arrived at the hostel, lef tmy huge pack, looked for an ATM, came back and paid.
12. Went to sleep for 6 hours hehehhehe

Bye Bye Denmark!

I have oficially left Copenhagen =(. I am currently blogging from Malmo central station. 2 euros for an hour - reasonable enough!. Crazy keyboard is messing me up heheheh... I will have to kill time because my check in @ the hostel is at 4pm. Maybe I will pay for another hour hhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmm... or maybe I will walk around...I

Crazy excited but at the same time apprehensive about tomorrow! I will have to leave the hostel at 3-4 am to go to the airport *Sigh*. In Prague I will have to get my train reservations so that I can be in Rome by (puhon) the 31st in the afternoon. I've already booked my hostel in Rome for 4 days and it's at a sweeeeeeet location - right beside Termini! Everything will be walking distace. Hope everything goes alright with the train reservation and hopefully there is still space. For those of you who are wondering why I didn't book it in advance I just want to let you know I COULDN'T!!! just was not possible I was told to book it at Prague.... So I'll see how it goes. Right now I don't have a sim card but hopefully by Monday =)

It's raining.......

Yep! it's raining on my last day in Copenhagen...boooo but at least it will give me time to pack because tonight I am going to a karaoke bar with Beb and Jonah! =)

Just relaxing...........

Today is officially a rest day! Just gonna go for a long bike ride and stop by shops on the way. Tomorrow is my last day in Denmark. On the 29th I will head to Sweden and stay at my first hostel in Europe =)..... the crappy part is that I will have to wake up 3 am on the 30th to go to the airport. My flight leaves 7:45 am to Prague but at least it's only a one hour flight.

BUT...!!! from Prague I will have to go on the train to go to Italy....don't know where in Italy I will go first - depends on the train sched. I have to book my train in Prague so everything will be last minute - I know soooooooooooo Jhoanna hahahahha. Thank goodness there are so many hostels in Europe just in case.

I'll keep y'all posted.

Finally going to bed after a long and tiring day! Didn't end up going to Stockholm because we didn't have enough time. That is the bad news BUT we ended up going to Sweden on a ferry and tooook so many pictures.......will post soon =)............AND I went to Hamlet's castle WOW just.....WOW

Return flight to Prague : Aug. 19 - Oct 11
Course in Prague: Sep.14 - Oct. 9

The short but hopefully FUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN 3 weeks before class starts!

August 21-29 (or maybe 28): Flight to Malmo, Sweden and Copenhagen! hhhhmmm........maybe a little Germany it's up to Bebelyn! I expect this portion of my trip to be pretty relaxed. I am excited to see my old high school chum.

No later than August 29: Fly back to Prague and from there take the train to ROME!!! one of the 5 places I must go to before I turn 30! thank god for the "youth" Eurail pass (I bought the Czech Republic - Austria - Italy pass) I saved hundreds!!!. I have to book that hostel soontime!!

I want to go around Italy as much as my eurail pass will allow. Definitely will go to Venice, Pompeii, and Pisa. Recently, I added the Cinque Terre to my list of places to go in Italy!! anyone that knows me knows I LOVE nature and hiking so I will adjust my schedule to go to at least 2 of the towns..........I'll see how lazy I get heheh.

OMFFFFFFFFFGosh! I am leaving tomorrow? it doesn't feel like it! I am a little bit short on cash but I'll see how it goes! ...Excited to see Paris! Hopefully all my checked in luggage will be checked in 'til Prague so that I can take only my small pack on the metro to go downtown!
If not, I have nooooooo idea what I will do for the 12 hour and something minutes layover =(

so many things to do so little time! At least I finally got my insurance and rail pass woot woot!

AAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.............crunch time

OMG I seriously have to figure out how I am going to get around Europe! Eurail vs plane.
If I do decide to buy the train pass I have to pay $50 extra to get my pass expedited (supposed to be purchased 1 week before) oh my stupid typical procrastinating ways =(

Planning!

*Officially booked my ticket to Prague! phew that took forever... I will leave Toronto 4:40 pm on Wednesday Aug. 19 and arrive in Paris 6am- ish the next day.

*I will then have to kill 12 and some hours until my connecting flight to Prague. I will really really really try to sleep on the plane so that I can spend at least 5 hours touring Paris downtown!!!

*I will arrive in Prague around 8pm and sleep at the airport (????hhhmmmm). 6am the day after(Aug.20) I will leave for Malmo, Sweden where I will take a bus ride to meet with my friend Bebelyn in Copenhagen where I will spend 7 days!!!!!!!
