went out early today to buy bedsheets, food, and cleaning supplies! Found one of the 2 Korean grocery stores in Prague and got everything I needed to make kimchi except for the cabbage.
KIMCHI!!! really made my day!! and so far it tastes great. I can't wait to taste it in a a few days once fermentation has kicked it! here are some pix:
